The Votapex Platform was designed with voters front of mind, with a simple voting experience - logging in, registering their votes, and the voting process. With a web-based environment this allows members to vote from their Computers, Laptops, Tablets or Mobile Phones from anywhere they happen to be.

This means that a member can participate from virtually anywhere while the meeting is taking place, from the District Council Meeting itself (via their Phone or Tablet), from the comfort of their own home (via their Computer), from the lounge (via their Laptop), or even from the field of their childrens sport event (via their Phone).

From the front page, a voting member are kept in the loop of the progress towards meeting quorum, have all the materials they need to make an informed decision - with any documentation accesible right from the front page, know where they are up to within the voting process, and provided easy access links to participate in the zoom meeting.

When a member goes to register their votes, they're kept in control of the process, so they can see all of the eligible votes which can be registered and held/utilised within the meeting, and make an informed choice of which votes they wish to utilise within the meeting where necessary, and for those less informed - gain visibility of the votes they are representing.

Unlike other voting systems in the market, Votapex knows the rules - It not only ensures that a voting member holds no greater than 2 club votes at a time, but also knows where a voting member can claim additional votes if possible, so a Club President can reclaim a VP Education vote, or a VP Education can reclaim a Club President vote, when the vote has not already been claimed as they may not be available/present for the meeting. This helps your membership ensure they are adequately represented, but also helps you reach quorum far more easily than other systems.

Votapex also allows your voting members to properly represent the votes they hold by allowing choice of where their individual votes can be allocated, so that voting members can properly represent their clubs desires without a blanket assignment of all votes held on a contested matter like other voting platforms may force voters into.
