Votapex - The Administration Experience
The Votapex Portal provides an intuitive administration interface to handle both Vote Management and Portal Management, with processes built from the tools and information you already know.
Once loaded with a District Council Members list exported from TI District Central Reports, it will populate your portals membership and roles database, allocate Club Votes to the Club President and VP Education, allocate District Votes to District Executive Committee members, and allocate permissions for Vote Administration to the District Administration Manager & District Director and Portal Administration to the Program Quality Director, Club Growth Director, Administration Manager, Finance Manager and Public Relations Manager.
