Votapex isn't tied to a particular meeting format.
Delegates participate using their own phone, tablet or computer, allowing Districts to use the same voting and governance processes whether members are sitting together in a convention hall, joining through Zoom, or doing both.
There is nothing for delegates to install - they simply open their District's Votapex portal in a web browser.

Member information collected for voting is limited to the information required to operate and validate the voting process.
Votapex operates regional infrastructure serving Districts across Africa, Asia, Europe, America and Oceania, helping keep the service responsive while supporting regional data protection requirements.
Our system status and release information is also publicly available, so Districts can see how the service is operating.
